Jesse Charles Phillips

Jesse Charles Phillips, 61, of Atlantic, VA passed away on September 3, 2018 at his residence..

He was born in Kansas City, MO on January 4, 1957 to the late William and Leota (Feugate) Phillips at Kansas City, MO.

He loved to spend time with his family who adored him and will miss him greatly.

Jesse is survived by his loving spouse of 31years, Jean Phillips of Atlantic, VA; three brothers, Stephen Bradley and his wife Ann of AZ, Dennis Phillips and his wife Janise of MO, William Phillips, Jr. of MO; five sisters, Mabel Bruce and her husband Henry of MO, Paula Raven and her husband Bill of AR, Nancy Ogle and her husband Paul of MO, Ester Ryerson and her husband Vernon of MO, Anna Meyers of MO; three daughters, Gloria Jean McAllister and her husband Andrew of Des Moines, IA, Tracey Lee Thulin of Atlantic, VA, Cynthia Marie Jester and her husband Bobby of Pocomoke City, MD; two grandsons, Zachary Tyler Underwood of Virginia Beach, VA, Donavan Lee Underwood of Norfolk, VA; and also twelve more grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Ray Phillips, Sr., mother, Leota Frances Phillips, niece, Ginger Bruce,and granddaughter, Angelina Marie Patterson.

Private family service will be held at a later date.
