Preston Pruitt

Preston Lee Pruitt, 70, of Chincoteague Island, VA formerly of Tangier, VA passed away on December 20, 2019 at his residence.

He was born on Tangier Island, VA on February 15, 1949 to the late William and Norma (Dise) Pruitt.

He was a member of Anglers Sunday School Class of Union Baptist Church.

Preston is survived by his loving spouse of eleven years, Patricia Pruitt of Chincoteague Island, VA; two daughters, Susann Pruitt and her husband Tweet of Tangier, VA, Carol Lee Pruitt of Tangier, VA; two brothers, Don Pruitt of Tangier, VA, Bit Pruitt of Tangier, VA; several nieces and nephews.

Memorial Service will be held at on Monday, January 13, 2020 at 2 PM at the Salyer Funeral Home, Inc. on Chincoteague Island, VA with Rev. Kevin Eley officiating.
