Sharon Jester Marshall

Sharon Jester Marshall, 75, of New Church, VA passed away on June 24, 2018 at her residence.

She was born in Nassawadox, VA on January 26, 1943 to the late Norman and Esther (Bowden) Jester.

She was a member of Church of God on Chincoteague Island, VA. Her most precious thing in life was spending time with her family. She loved to feed and spoil everyone even her cats with a smile on her face.

Sharon is survived by her loving spouse of over 20 years, Carlton William Marshall of New Church, VA; three sons, John Bogush, III and his wife Jasmine of New Church, VA, David Norman Bogush and his girlfriend Sherri Gorsuch of Freeland, MD, Roger Ripperton, Jr. and his girlfriend Faith Linton of New Church, VA; three granddaughters, Kelly Annis and her husband Tony of New Church, VA, Chrissa Bogush of New Church, VA, Sky Bogush of MD; five grandsons, Tristan Bogush and his wife Delinah of CA, Naaman Bogush of New Church, VA, Joshua Madrey of Hertford, NC, Andrew Taylor of OH, David Bogush of MD; four great-grandsons, Tristan Planter, Cher-rod Corbin, Billy Corbin, Michael Annis; great-granddaughter, Hayla Bogush; brother, Norman Van Jester of Steinhatchee, FL; several cousins.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 26, 2018, 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Salyer Funeral Home, Inc., Chincoteague Island, VA.

Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 27, 2018, 11:00 am at the John Taylor Memorial Cemetery, Temperanceville, VA, with ,Rev. John Thorne officiating.
