William Howard Obituary

William L. Howard, 82, of Chincoteague Island, VA passed away on October 7, 2018 at his residence.

He was born in Pittsburgh, PA on June 8, 1936 to Leroy and Bessie (Walicki) Howard at Pittsburgh, PA.

He worked for ARRC as office manager for over 10 years.

William is survived by his loving spouse of 32 years, Bonnie Irwin Howard of Chincoteague Island, VA; two step sons, Lee Irwin and his wife Jennifer of Glen Rock, PA, Nathan Lance Irwin of Sherman Oaks, CA; two step grandsons, Daniel Garrett Irwin of Chincoteague Island, VA, Nathan Wade Irwin of Glen Rock, PA.

Private family service will be held at a later date.
