Arla Saul

Arla Saul, 89, of Chincoteague Island, VA formerly of Allentown, PA, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, January 19th, at her residence.
Arla was born in Allentown, PA on December 3, 1922, the daughter of the late Esther (Weirbach) and Norman Deemer.
She was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, Allentown, PA .
She retired from Union Bank and Trust in Allentown, PA in 1985.
She enjoyed going to the hair dresser, going out to eat, reading the newspaper, and her neighbors.
She was the widow of Charles Saul.
She is survived by a son Gary Saul and his wife Diane of Chincoteague Island; five grandchildren, David Saul of Danville, PA, Kelly Saul Bromwell and her husband Rob of Frederick, MD, Matthew Waltman and his wife Kelly of Berwick, PA, Luke Waltman and his wife Aimee of Milton, PA, Andrew Waltman and his wife Michelle of Turbotville, PA; seven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, a sister, Mary Skoff and a brother, Roland Deemer.
Funeral Service wil be held Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at 2 PM with a viewing from 1-2 PM at the Trexler Funeral Home in Allentown, PA.
