Beverly Jean Martinski

Beverly Jean Martinski, 78 of Chincoteague Island, VA passed away Tuesday, March 13th, at her residence.
Beverly was born in Cumberland, MD on October 7, 1933, the daughter of the late Margaret (Meyers) and Albert Kohne.
She was a member of Saint Andrew Catholic Church Chincoteague Island, VA.
She worked as a mortgage broker in Baltimore, MD. After retiring in Chincoteague Island, VA, she worked as a substitute teacher for Accomack County.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, John W. Martinski Sr. of Chincoteague Island, VA; two children Margaret Rush and her husband Curtis of Chincoteague Island, VA, John W. Martinski Jr. of Dover, DE; five grandchildren, Donavon, Patricia, Julie, Johnny, Jessica; two great grandchildren, Madison, Evander, and one more on the way in September; two sisters, Patricia Campbell and her husband Will of Accomac, VA, Reva Biser and her husband Waco of McCool, MD; one brother, Jackie Kohne of Baltimore, MD; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by a brother, Robert Kohne.
Friends are invited to call Thursday 7-9 PM. at Salyer Funeral Home, Inc. in Chincoteague Island, VA.
Funeral Service will be held at Saint Andrew Catholic Church, Chincoteague Island, VA, at 11 AM on Friday, March 16th, with Father Richard Chirichiello officiating.
Interment will be held in Downing Cemetery Oak Hall, VA.
