Billie Sue Ransley

Billie Sue Ransley, 63, of New Church, VA passed away on  September 13, 2021 at Sentara Leigh in Norfolk, VA.  

She was born in Nassawadox, VA on July 2, 1958 to William and Bonnie (Justice) Boothe.

She was a member of Chincoteague Church of God .

Billie is survived by her loving spouse of 40 years, Lawrence "Larry" Ransley of New Church, VA; mother, Bonnie Boothe of Chincoteague Island, VA; daughter, Crystal Michelle Clark and her wife Amanda of New Church, VA; two granddaughters, Ashley and Gracie both of New Church, VA; fur baby, Nikki; two sister-in-laws, Betty Seimon of Glenn Rock, PA, Lynn Ransley of Berlin, MD; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by Father, William "Bill" J. Boothe and brother-in-law, William H. Ransley III.   

Graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 18th, 2021 at 11 am at the Daisey Cemetery Ridge Road, Chincoteague Island, VA, with Rev. Maurice Enright, officiating.
