Billy Hicks

Mr. Billy Joe Hicks, 50, of Chincoteague Island, VA passed away Friday, August 27th, 2010 at his residence.
Billy was born in Nassawadox, VA on September 25, 1959, the son of the late Amacey Lee and Hilda (Thornton) Hicks.
He was a member of Union Baptist Church. He was an avid painter and artist on the Island for many years.
Billy is survived by two brothers Lee and Arnie Hicks of Chincoteague, Va, several nieces and nephews and a special friend Debi of Claysville, Pa.
Graveside service will be held at Daisey Cemetery, Chincoteague, VA, at 2 PM on Monday, August 30th, with Rev. Kevin Eley officiating.
