Mr. Charles Christopher Hebden, 50, of Wattsville, died while visiting Pinellas Park, Fla., on Friday, Oct. 13, 2023.
Born Sept. 20, 1973, in York, Pa., Charles moved in 1976 to Chincoteague Island, where he attended schools and later earned a GED certificate.
He was self-employed and worked in construction and as a commercial waterman. He was happiest while working on the water.
Charles is survived by his wife, Robyn; a daughter, Richelle Lynn Lemoi-Hebden; a grandson, Khiron Lawrence Lewis, of Horntown; and a son, Cole Chapin, of Mears.
He is also survived by his parents, Joyce Cunard of Atlantic and Christopher Alan Hebden of Baltimore.
