Clifton Forrest Daisey

Clifton Forrest Daisey passed away on May 30, 2023, at his residence. Clifton was born in Nassawadox, VA on March 6, 1953, to the late Sherman and Louise (Pike) Daisey. Clifton was a house painter and enjoyed baseball and music from the ’60s and ’70s.

Clifton is survived by his daughter, Sara Daisey, her husband Thomas Gallardo, and his soon-to-be granddaughter of Virginia Beach, VA; His former wife and friend, Jane Daisey of Parksley, VA; Brothers, Douglas Sherman Daisey (Deb) of Alexandria, VA, and Greg Daisey of Chincoteague Island, VA; Sisters, Linda Daisey Merritt of Chincoteague Island, VA, and Lorraine Daisey Bush (Lon) of Ellijay, GA; several nieces and nephews,  and great-nieces and nephews, including two “special” nieces and nephews he considered them as his grandchildren, J.F. & Gwyneth McAllen.

Along with his parents, Clifton was predeceased by his sister, Pat Daisey Bloxom, and Brother-in-law Greg (Chief) Merritt.

A memorial service will take place on June 4, 2023, at 4 pm at Salyer Funeral Home on Chincoteague Island, VA. With Rev. Enright officiating.
