Danny Lee Williams Jr, 52, of Horntown, VA passed away on June 4, 2025, at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born in West Palm Beach, FL on May 19, 1973, to Danny and Carole (Williams) Snead. Danny was a Chef graduate of Johnson Wales University and lived in Florida while working until he finally moved home to be closer to his family. Known as “Chef Dan” he Ran a successful restaurant in Greenbackville Virginia formerly known as the Crusty Crab where he served good food in a unique atmosphere. Along with cooking up many delicious dishes, Danny enjoyed creating artistic sculptures that he would display in his home and restaurant. Danny is survived by his loving mother Carole Ann Williams Snead of Chincoteague Island, VA; Two sisters, Diana Williams Frimmel of Temperanceville, VA; Lisa Baker (Tim) of Wallops Island, VA; His uncle Joe (Vicky ) Thornton of Chincoteague, VA. Three nieces, Danielle (Mark) Daisey of Chincoteague, Va; Whitney (Terry) Nelson of Marion, MD, Shaida Bowden of Temperanceville, Va, and his nephew Stephen (Lauren) Bowden of Atlantic, Va. He is also survived by his great nieces and nephews Carter and Dawson Nelson and Elliott and Brelynn Bowden. He was preceded in death by his Father, Danny Lee Williams, Sr..and Stepfather Buddy Snead. At his wishes, there will not be any service.
