Debbie Howard

Debra Rae "Debbie" Howard, 58, of Petersburg, Va, formerly of Chincoteague Island, VA passed away Thursday, August 18th, at Southside Virginia Training Center, Petersburg, VA.
Debbie was born in Salisbury, Maryland on April 4, 1953, the daughter of Robert J. "Bob" Howard of Chincoteague Island and the late Nadine (Merritt) Howard.
She is also survived by a sister, Susie McGee and her husband Nelson of Chincoteague Island; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Graveside Service will be held at Daisey Cemetery, Ridge Road, Chincoteague Island, at 2 PM on Sunday, August 21st, with Rev. John Thorne officiating.
