Deborah "Debbie" Turner

Deborah "Debbie" Turner passed into rest Saturday, January 16th 2010 at her son's residence. Debbie was born on July 19th 1950, the daughter of Catherine "Kitty" Merritt and the late Raymond Merritt of Chincoteague Island, VA.

She worked as a manager at Bill's Restaurant on Chincoteague Island.

Other than her mother,
Debbie is survived by a son, Phillip, husband of Anne Turner and by three grandchildren, Sarah, Kara and Tyson Turner all of Chincoteague Island and her Uncle Ronald, husband of Charlotte Merritt of Severn, MD.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, January 19th at 2pm at Salyer Funeral Home on Chincoteague Island with Rev. Bobby Johnson officiating.

Friends are invited to call Monday, January 18th at 7:00pm at Salyer Funeral Home.
