Dennis Shirley Obituary
Dennis Wayne Shirley, 66, of Greenbackville, VA passed away on May 23,
2021 at his residence.
He was born in Chesapeake, VA on February 14, 1955 to the late Albert
"Jack" Shirley and Ruth (Price) Shirley.
Dennis is survived by his loving spouse, Christine Caton Murphy of
Accomack County, VA; three sons, Nathan Shirley and his wife Kate of
Omaha, NE, Joshua Graham of Virginia Beach, VA, Hunter Shirley of
Chesapeake, VA; four grandchildren, Ella, Haddon, Ava and Brayden;
Ex-Wife Debbie Felmey and her husband Bob of Chesapeake, VA; Sister
Peggy Leonard and partner Ed of Houston, Tx; sister-in-law Karen Hyman
and her husband Douglas Hyman of Machipongo, VA niece Denise Joyner
Geissinger and her husband Steve of Poquoson, VA; great niece Hope
Geissinger and great nephew Kyle Geissinger; family friends Wendy
Bergbower, Jesica Jester, Rick Davis and Andrew Richards.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Linda Shirley
Criswell.
