Donald W. Repsher

Mr. Donald W. Repsher, 67, of Chincoteague Island, VA passed away Friday, January 1st, 2010 at University of Maryland,Baltimore , MD.
Donald was born in Penn Argyl, PA on August 22, 1942, the son of the late Earl and Velma (Davey) Repsher.
Donald graduated from Pen Argyl High School, Penn State,where he earned an Associate Degree in electricial engineering and Lafayette College in PA with a BS degree in electrical engineer. He ran as an EMT from 1986-1997 for the former Governor Mifflin Ambulance Association in PA. He was a member of Chincoteague Volunteer Fire Company, where he served on the ambulance as an EMT-B for many years. He was member of the Chincoteague Decoy and Artists Association. He retired as an Electrician Engineer from Met-Ed Power Company in PA.
He is survived by his wife Cathy Repsher of Chincoteague, VA; two daughters Stacy Stefanik and her husband Michael of Reading, PA , Lisa Negri and her husband Tim of Reading, PA; two step sons William Heywood Jr. and his wife Amanda of New Holland, PA, Matthew Heywood and his wife Meghan of Shillington, PA; six grandchildren Brittni Stefanik of Reading, PA, Owen Negri of Reading, PA, Gina Heywood of New Holland, PA, Parker Heywood of New Holland, PA, Lyndsey Heywood of New Holland, PA, Matthew Stephen Heywood of Shillington, PA and two brothers Dennis Repsher and his wife Beverly of Nazareth, PA, Dwight Repsher and his wife Heather of Nazareth, PA..
A service will be held at Salyer Funeral Home, Inc. in Chincoteague on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at 7 PM. A second service will be held on Thursday, January 7th at the Klee Funeral Home in Shillington, PA at 1:30 PM with visiting hours from noon to 1:30 PM. Interment will be held at the Pleasant View Cemetery in Sinking Spring, PA.
