Frances Hoffman Obituary
Frances Fox "Foxy" Hoffman, 80, of Chincoteague Island, VA passed away on June 5, 2022 at Shore Health and Rehabilitation Center in Parksley, VA.
She was born in Washington, DC on September 9th, 1941 to the late Alex Keen and Frances Dearing Phillips.
She retired from Fairfax County as a Social Worker.
Frances is survived by her two Sons, Herndon Alezander Hoffman and Fiance Malinda Mann of Chincoteague Island, VA, Charles Dewitt Hoffman, III of Chesapeake Beach, MD; Brother, Alex Keen Phillips, III and his wife Lynn of Leesburg, VA; three grandchildren, Charles, Mary and Melissa; one great grandson, Ben; several nieces and nephews .
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2022, 2:00 pm at the Salyer Funeral Home, Inc., Chincoteague Island, VA with Rev. Kevin Eley, officiating.
