Gloria P. Hill

Mrs. Gloria P. Hill, 78, of Chincoteague Island, VA. passed away Wednesday, August 4th, 2010 at her residence surrounded by her family.
Gloria was born in Ocean City, MD on February 6, 1932, the daughter of the late Norman L. and Ruth A. (White) Hancock.
She was a member of Daughters of Ruth Sunday School Class of Union Baptist Church in Chincoteague, VA. and Christ United Methodist Church in Chincoteague, VA.
She was the widow of Nathan Hill Sr.
She is survived by one son Nathan Hill and his wife Roxanne of Chincoteague, VA; three daughters, Toni Bowden and her husband Howard of Wattsville, Va, Jennifer Morin and her husband Stephen of Dover, DE, Traci Robbins and her husband Pat of Chincoteague, VA; step son Robert F. Hill and his wife Ruthie of Richmond, VA; ten grandchildren, Colleen Kean, Jennie Haymond, Natalee Hill, Bobby Hill, Mary-Lawrence Hill, Sarah Hill, Jon Robbins, Jenny Robbins, Brielle Robbins, and Zach Robbins; and several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at Union Baptist Church, Chincoteague Island, VA, at 1 PM on Saturday, August 7th, with Rev. Kevin Eley officiating.
Interment will be held at John W. Taylor Memorial Cemetery Temperenceville, VA.
