James Paul Bloxom Sr.

Mr. James Paul Bloxom, Sr., 59, of Chincoteague Island, VA passed away Saturday, October 24th, 2009 at his residence.
James was born in MD on March 17, 1950 to the late Ernest and Ruth (Fletcher) Bloxom.
He worked as a manager of Bill's Seafood Restaurant in Chincoteague, VA for over ten years. He was a member of Chincoteague Volunteer Fire Company and worked on the ambulance crew as an EMT for many years. He was also a member of American Legion Post #159.
James is survived by two sons James Paul Bloxom Jr. and his wife Rebekah of Chincoteague, VA, Joseph Lee James Bloxom and his wife Laura of Bloxom, VA; a daughter Anne MarieTurner and her husband Phillip of Chincoteague, VA; six grandchildren Trenton and Owen Bloxom of Bloxom, VA, Madison Hudgins of Chincoteague, VA, and Sarah, Kara, and Tyson Turner of Chincoteague, VA.
Friends are invited to call Monday 7-9 PM. at Salyer Funeral Home, Inc.
Funeral Service will be held at Salyer Funeral Home, Inc., Chincoteague, VA, at 2 PM on Tuesday, October 27th, with Rev. Kevin Eley officiating.
Interment will be held at Daisey Cemetery on Church St.,Chincoteague, VA.
