MAUREEN BARRETT Obituary
Maureen Barrett, 63, of Bloxom, VA formerly of Chincoteague Island, VA passed away on February 24, 2022, at her residence.
She was born in Nassawadox, VA on January 6, 1959, to Raymond and Marie (Jones) Barrett.
She was a member of Union Baptist Church on Chincoteague Island, VA.
Maureen is survived by her loving Daughter, Amanda Harper and her husband Bryan of Bloxom, VA; two grandsons, Bryan Barrett of Bloxom, VA, Chance Harper of Bloxom, VA; two brothers, Donald Barrett and his wife Marlyn of Princess Anne, MD, Winfred Barrett and his wife JoAnne of Wallops Island, VA; Niece, Jamie Barrett of Ashville, NC.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Uncle Rainbow, and grandmother, Georgie Jones.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2022, 2:00 pm at the Salyer Funeral Home, Inc., Chincoteague, VA, with Rev. Kevin Eley, officiating.
