Mrs. Martha Grace "Omi" Ott, 83, of Chincoteague Island, VA. formerly of New Jersey passed away Friday, December 4th, 2009 at her residence in Chincoteague, .
Martha was born in Westmont, NJ on February 22, 1926, the daughter of the late Fred Ernest and Mary (Dunlap) Blank.
She worked as a Deli Clerk for Shop N Bag for years in New Jersey. She was a member of the Meat Cutters Local Union #56. She loved to cross stitch, paint, and be with her family.
She was preceeded in death by her husband Charles Ott, a daughter Nelda McConney, a sister Ruth Fagiello, and two bothers Fred and Benson Blank.
She is survived by three daughters, Ann Howard and husband Ricky of Chincoteague, VA, Mary Jean Gordon of Horntown, VA, and Diane Ott of Riverside, NJ, six grandchildren, four great grandchildren, a sister Virginia Nicholson of Grenlock, NJ and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service will be held at Jacksonville Presbyterian Church, 940 Jacksonville Mount Holly Rd., Jacksonville, NJ 08505, at 11 AM on Saturday, December 12th, .
In lieu of flowers the family request donation to be made to Hospice of Eastern Shore 165 Market Street Onancock, VA 23417.
