Michael Garland, 70, born on December 7th, 1952, in Baltimore, MD, passed on October 19th, 2023, in Chincoteague Island, VA. He is survived by his wife, Olha Tiyechko, and his three children, Allison, Elliott, and Emerson Garland.
A Celebration of Life is planned for Saturday, June 8th, 2024, at 6456 Church Street, where the Garland family will welcome friends to celebrate life as Mike would appreciate.
