Rose Marie Wright

Rose M. Wright, Age 69, passed away peacefully on September 29, 2025, surrounded by family.  She was the daughter of Emma Brodsky and the stepdaughter of Shep Brodsky.

Rose leaves behind her husband of 49 years, Daniel (Tom) Wright Jr.; her son, Daniel Wright III, and his wife, Angela Wright; a daughter, Jennifer Faith, and her husband, Robert (Bob) Faith.

Rose left her legacy with five grandchildren.  Emma Faith, Brooke Faith, Luke Edson, Samantha Edson, & Jonah Edson.

Rose also leaves behind her beloved sister Vickie Elwood, several nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, as well as many dear friends.

Rose was a loving mother, wife, and grandmother.  Her personality was one full of life.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.  Anyone who knew her knew that her dogs were her favorite, though. Rose was passionate about spreading her love of the Lord with everyone.  She knew that her time on Earth was a gift.  But knew she had a place in heaven that she was ready to go to.  She is waiting there for her friends and family.

Because of Rose’s love of animals, her family asks that in lieu of flowers, you consider a donation to the SPCA, 26528 Lankford Hwy, Onley, VA 23418, 757-787-7385. There will be a graveside Service on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Downing Cemetery in Oak Hall, VA.
