Terrance "Terry" Francis, 68, of New Church, VA, passed away on December 19, 2024, at Shore Health and Rehabilitation in Parksley, VA.
He was born on June 29, 1956, to Marvin and Hallie Francis.
Terry is survived by his two daughters, Shannon Schmitt and Terri Francis; his mother, Hallie Sue Francis (Lewis); four siblings, Sherry Watson, Robin McColligan, Larry Francis, and Mary Ann Parks; five grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Francis, and his grandson, Caleb Schmitt.
