William "Bill" David Leslie

William “Bill” David Leslie, a beloved husband and cherished member of the community, passed away suddenly on April 1st, 2025, at home in Greenbackville, VA. 

Born in Coatesville, PA, on November 24th, 1958, Bill was the son of Herbert and Doris (Johnston) Leslie.

He was the treasured husband of Carol Cooper Leslie, with whom he shared 38 years of marriage.

Bill followed in his father’s footsteps, working in the printing industry before ending his career in kitchen design. He was an active member in the community who used his passion and creativity in everyday life. He was a loving father with an infectious sense of humor who loved baking, boating, fishing, golfing, and pickled eggs.

In addition to his wife, Bill is survived by his sons David (Marissa) and Kevin, brother Herbert Leslie (Sheree), sister Lori Urban (Tim), his darling Yorkie Dolly, many other extended family members, and countless friends. 

The service will be held at Wagontown Chapel, 469 West Kings Highway, Coatesville, PA 19320, on April 26th, 2025, with a luncheon following. At the family's convenience, a celebration of life will be conducted privately in Greenbackville, VA. Please contact the immediate family for details.
